Employment

We provide advice and assistance with many employment issues. Some of these involve redundancies, company mergers and other changes that are inevitable in a dynamic economy.

In the majority of cases, the client is a worker who has been denied one or more of his or her statutory workplace rights by an employer.

It sometimes goes unnoticed and unrecognised that issues such workplace stress, bullying, poor communication amongst employees and lack of information contribute to problems with physical and mental health.

Generalist advice work both at the bureau and at outreach services provides the necessary support and guidance that is vital to address these anxieties and concerns and in many instances provide peace of mind.

Advisors will also sit with clients who need assistance when applying for a job i.e. compiling a CV
