1. Housing Works Agency
Housing Works Agency comes under the responsibility of the Ministry for Housing. Its primary role is to provide maintenance and refurbishment for government rented accommodation.

3. Technical Division
The Ministry for Housing provides professional services including engineering, quantity surveying and building surveying.
