Evidence that minority ethnic groups are less likely to be aware of the service and less likely to use it. To achieve our aims, everyone needs to work together to achieve the following objectives:
- Meet the needs of as many people as possible
- Innovate and develop new services
- Make equality and diversity a part of all our activities
- Focus on understanding and meeting the needs of people who need or use the service.
- Take the necessary steps to become a first point of access for help on discrimination for all disadvantaged individuals.
