You can also make an appointment by calling in to see the receptionist at the bureau at the above times. We offer appointments on certain days but they are prioritized for those who work, those with caring responsibilities and those who have health reasons that limit their ability to wait.
We may also make an appointment for someone who has come during "open door" but then needs more time to complete a form or requires further assistance.
