Dear Editor
I recently attended a short seminar on P.Cs organised by the manager of the local Citizens Advice Bureau, Pili Rodriguez. Although described as a “fun day” it in fact served to eliminate the phobia that some people, particularly senior citizens, experience when confronted with a P.C, and has opened the doors to a new world.
I would like to thank Pili Rodriguez and staff of the C.A.B for releasing some members of their IT department to give much appreciated advice and, last but not least, to the staff at Bleak House where the course was held.
